I'm Emily! I'm from Winchester, VA., and I'm currently a junior at Old Dominion University! I am pursuing a degree in strategic communications and minor in marketing. I'm expecting to graduate in May 2025!

As I've been on my journey at ODU, I've discovered I love learning about new trends in the media and finding ways to stand out in a highly digital market.  I've also learned that I enjoy connecting with people. I'd consider myself to be sociable, and I am all in when it comes to building lasting, meaningful relationships with others.

It took me a long time, and a lot of thought, to figure out exactly what I wanted to do with my life. I changed my major multiple times before I finally realized I love working as a team to meet goals. Post-grad I would love to apply for a master's program, or find a job that allows me to express my creativity preferably in PR, communications or marketing.

In whatever my future endeavors may be, I hope to feel successful. For me, this means finding a dynamic workplace that has a supportive culture, keeps me challenged and is filled with passionate individuals.
