Overview and Reflection
LeADERS is a program offered by Old Dominion University that allows students to take high impact courses that will strongly benefit the student's future. The student is required to take at minimum 3 of 6 course options in the topics of leadership, internship, diversity, entrepreneurship, research, and service learning.

As part of the LeADERS program, I was able to participate in classes that challenged my understanding of strategic communication and marketing in various career areas to better understand my goals for the future. Through this program, I have a stronger foundation of knowledge for my future endeavors and will be able to transfer the skills I've learned into future roles.

In terms of my goals, the LeADERS program and its courses supported my educational and professional goals, including enhancing my leadership skills, getting real-world experience and more!
